Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy involves breathing 100% oxygen in a pressurized chamber to increase oxygen levels in blood plasma. Plasma is the liquid surrounding our hemoglobin that carries these red cells and proteins throughout the body, and comprises 55% of our total blood volume. A century of clinical research has shown that increased oxygen in plasma accelerates our natural ability to heal through neurogenesis and angiogenesis.

In addition, HBOT upregulates over 8000 anti-inflammatory genes and activates the release of stem cells and growth factors associated with the body’s regenerative and reparative processes.
